This is a totally new dairy factory with an initial total capacity of 400,000 Ltrs/day with a provision of expanding the capacity to a total of 700,000 Ltrs/day. The products produced will be; Pasteurized milk, UHT milk, Yoghurts (set, stirred & drinking), Ice cream, Butter and Cheese.

The factory consists of the following facilities;

• Milk reception, cooling, storage and mixing plant
• Milk Processing Section (Homogenization, fat standardization & pasteurization)
• UHT milk processing and aseptic carton filling
• Yogurt Production and filling
• Cream/Butter/Ice cream and Cheese Processing, Storage and Packaging
• CIP plants
• Water supply, treatment plant and storage
• Compressed air supply
• Refrigeration plant for ice water system, cold and freezing stores and air conditioning
• Steam Boiler plant
• Service pipe system
• Effluent treatment plant
• Office, Laboratory, Workshops

The entire complex has been designed to comply with Green Platinum Rating and we handle the Green certification process for the entire project.
