Engineering Consultants (Pvt) Ltd (ECL) is a multi-disciplinary consulting company established in 1968 as a partnership by Eng. C.C.T. Fernando and subsequently incorporated as a private limited liability company. ECL is a member of The Association of Consulting Engineers Sri Lanka (ACESL) affiliated to the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), and the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce Sri Lanka.
The company has been in operation for over 50 years with a track record of many successfully completed projects in Sri Lanka as well as in the Asian region such as Maldives, India, Bangladesh, and African region such as Uganda, Timor, Uzbekistan & etc.
