The project comprises development of the master plan and designing of the components for a fully fledged new faculty complex. The faculty complex consists of academic buildings, laboratory buildings, administration buildings, auditorium, ancillary buildings for services etc., and recreational facilities. External land development includes hard and soft landscaping, roads within premises, gate houses, security points, external electricity network and incorporation of all the mechanical, electrical, ELV, plumbing and drainage services for the total building complex.

The entire complex has been designed to comply with Green Platinum Rating and we handle the Green certification process for the entire project.
