The project comprises development of the Master Plan, designing of the components. The faculty complex consists of academic buildings, administration building, laboratory building, auditorium and recreational facilities. External land development includes hard and soft landscaping, DBST roads within premises, gate houses, security points, external electricity network along with the high mast towers and incorporation of all the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and drainage services for proper operation of the complex.

ECL scope included overall project administration & coordination between Employer, Engineer, Consultant and contractor; soil investigations and surveys; Master Plan Design and Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Auditorium, Water Supply & Drainage Design (Internal), Access ways, Landscaping and Infrastructural (Water Supply & Drainage) Designs; Supervision and ensure the quality of materials and workmanship for the approval of Engineer; Technical Assistance in Equipment & Furniture Installation.
