The project is to refurbish the main access road namely Soratha Mawatha and the two entrances to the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

The scope of works include, Podium, built in seat, visitor waiting area, interlocking paving slabs, security rooms, steel gate, steel fence, flower trough and pedestrian lighting.

ECL carried out initial design brief in consultation with the Client, fully developed brief and schematic design proposal, cost estimate, detailed design drawings, technical specifications, finishes schedules etc., tender documents including drawings, specifications, BoQ, Conditions of Contracts, instructions to tenders etc. and Engineers Estimate, prequalification documents, Prequalification of prospective Contractors, Issue tender documents and receipt of tenders, Evaluation of tenders, negotiation and award, Construction of the project, testing and commissioning and take over. 

The entire complex has been designed to comply with Green Platinum Rating and we handle the Green certification process for the entire project.
