The project was to design and construct a New Head Office Complex for the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka at Naikanda, Katunayake including office areas, auditorium, museum, conference rooms and library. Further the project creates inspirational landscaping features, parking and proper access to the building complex. 

 This state of the art building enhances;

• An aesthetic and pleasing environment to the CAASL’s special client profile which would suit the operating ambience of international nature
• Efficient, peaceful working environment for the staff with required facilities and services to suit its operating requirement
• Secured, safe environment for the documents and office equipment introducing modern security systems and services
• To stand up as  landmark building of the area and to provide cost effective, eco-friendly building which would obtain Gold/ platinum LEED and GBCSL certification
