The project was to relocate the affected building areas of Automobile Engineering Training Institute due to the new bridge construction project over Kelani River. The new building is proposed to be a ten story building where the phase one construction was up to the sixth floor level.   The building consists of automobile workshops, classroom facilities, auditorium and outdoor functions and services areas.  

ECL handled the full spectrum of Consultancy Services including assessing time scale and financial limits; site investigations; obtain necessary statutory requirements; prepare outline proposals with approximate construction cost; preliminary and detailed architectural and structural designs, design of water supply/sewerage, specific electrical and air-conditioning facilities; prepare construction documents, total cost estimate (FTCE); prepare bidding documents and assisting the client during tender and negotiation; project management and construction supervision;  identify workshop equipments and relocation, demolishing of existing buildings, etc.

The entire complex has been designed to comply with Green Platinum Rating and we handle the Green certification process for the entire project.
